What is the method for detecting the pressure of the cylinder?
The method for detecting the compression pressure of the cylinder is as follows: 1. Detect with a cylinder pressure gauge. The detection steps are as follows:
1.1) Make the engine run normally and the water temperature reach above 75°C.
1.2) Then insert the rubber joint of the cylinder pressure gauge into the spark plug hole of the cylinder to be tested, straighten and tighten.
1.3) Set the throttle and choke to the full open position, use the starter to rotate the crankshaft for 3~5s (no less than four compression strokes), and stop rotating after the pressure gauge head pointer indicates and maintains the maximum pressure.
1.4) Remove the cylinder pressure gauge, record the reading, and press the one-way valve to return the pressure gauge pointer to zero.
1.5) Measure each cylinder in turn according to the above method, and measure each cylinder no less than twice.
2. Detect with a cylinder pressure tester. The detection steps are as follows:
2.1) Detect with a pressure sensor cylinder pressure tester.
2.2) Use a starting current or starting voltage drop cylinder pressure tester to test.
2.3) Use an inductive discharge cylinder pressure tester to test.
